Alpha Pumps Australia Pty Ltd has been engaged, over the last ten years, in the repair
and maintenance of positive displacement pumps, specialising in pumps for the sewerage
industry. They also offer a unique service of reconditioning worn rotors, by re-welding
and re-machining on their specialised contour machine, to the exact dimensions of the
original pump design.
A full range of replacement parts for all popular pump models are always in stock. Spare
parts can be supplied ex stock, or if desirable, on a service exchange basis. Stators are
stocked in all commonly used elastomers, and rotors are available in hardened tool steel,
stainless steel and if applicable, any special steel configuration.
Alpha Pumps stocks a full range of pump spare parts, such as coupling rods, joint shafts
and universal joints. They can also rebuild any pump supplied to them, and test this
pump to the customer’s requirements.
